Daniel O’Connell
Dan is skilled in public policy, real estate development, life sciences and law. While recently serving the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Dan was Chair of the Broadband Institute and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Center administering a $1 billion state initiative in life sciences research, development and manufacturing. Dan has held leadership positions in public office and private industry, including roles with the following agencies or organizations:

Susan Swanezy
Susan is a Partner at Hodes Weill & Associates, a global advisory and principal investment business focused on the real estate private equity and private funds industry. Susan has 25 years of real estate investment, advisory and restructuring experience, including roles in the following organizations:

Susan received her BS from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and serves on the Board of WX, Inc., New York Women Executives in Real Estate
