The two newly developed buildings will deliver in 2Q 2018, and include cutting edge technology space, modern and flexible workspaces, and ground-level retail all supported by a parking deck. Current availability includes the North building comprised of 150,000 square feet of office space and multiple ground -level retail suites. Today, the Durham.ID is home to Duke tenants such as Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI), Duke Molecular Physiology Institute, Sarah W. Stedman Nutrition and Metabolism Center, and Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative, and private companies such as Nutanix, Method Saavy, Measurement Inc. and NC Biolabs (a co-working lab for science startups).
