The Company's Principals have a combined 120 years of institutional real estate experience with expertise in investment management, development, construction and asset management. A majority of team members worked together at Lyme Properties, formerly the largest life science real estate developer in New England and the third largest in the United States.
Robert L. Green
Chairman and Principal
Bob has extensive experience in life science real estate, the permitting of major real estate projects and the negotiating, structuring, and closing of complex real estate transactions. Prior to forming Longfellow, Bob held leadership positions with the following organizations:

- Metropolitan Structures
- Gadsby & Hannah
Bob received his JD from George Washington University and his AB from Johns Hopkins University.

J. Randal Long
Principal
Randy is responsible for overseeing all project-related due diligence (including building layouts, construction costs, permitting and physical/environmental review). In addition, Randy oversees all repositioning, construction and development work performed on behalf of Longfellow.
Prior to forming Longfellow, Randy held positions with the following organizations:
- Forest City Enterprises, Science + Technology Group
- Lyme Properties
- Transwestern Investment Company
- Morse Diesel International
- Metropolitan Structures
Randy received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas. In addition, Randy was an Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, School of Architecture.

Jamison N. Peschel
Principal
Jamie is responsible for setting strategic direction, fundraising, identifying acquisition opportunities, negotiating and structuring transactions, and overseeing the firm’s asset management and accounting activities.
Prior to forming Longfellow, Jamie held positions with the following organizations:
- RREEF Global Opportunity Funds
- Accenture Strategy Practice
- US National Rowing Team
Jamie received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB from Dartmouth College.

Adam B. Sichol
Principal
