Associate Director, Human Resources and Operations

Mary is responsible for the human resources vertical at Longfellow. She is an HR generalist focusing on benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and employment. In addition to this Mary also helps coordinate the day to day operations at Longfellow. She is responsible for managing the third-party IT vendor, filtering procurement requests as well as working on operational projects. 

Prior to joining Longfellow, Mary held positions with the following organizations: The New England Province of Jesuits and Capstone Partners.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Assumption College.
